Liz Kealy has been a missionary for many years with Campus Crusade for Christ. She was in France for one year, working with a team there, in evangelism with college students. Liz has now returned to her home in New Hampshire and it was a pleasure to have Liz as a guest speaker at the Missions Conference breakfast.

Liz has also returned home to a new work assignment. She and Bob Kuzman are working together as the Northeast Regional Directors of Leadership Development and Recruiting (LDR). In 2001 and 2002 they directed the Wildwood Summer Project and since then have been on the LDR team together. Bob and Liz along with the LDR team are responsible for the staff, interns, and volunteers in our region. They make sure they are trained and equipped, are fully supported, have healthy staff teams, and are growing in their ability to lead others. Also, they are responsible for establishing new teams to go to more places so more students can know Jesus.

Each aspect of their role has a direct correlation to students hearing about Christ and growing in their faith.

 Please pray for Liz in the following areas:

• We need more people on our LDR team. Please pray for God to lead us in who to ask and for Him to lead people to us.

• We have a plan in place to help our staff grow in their ability to lead others and work together as teams. Please pray for God to guide us as we come alongside each staff member in his or her development.

• Right now we are preparing for our upcoming staff conference November 22-25. Please pray for guidance and wisdom in the planning. Pray for Sam Williams who is teaching from the Word and Gilbert Kingsley who is teaching our staff some new skills in doing ministry.

• Please pray God will give us more laborers to help us reach the 2.2 million students in New England and New York.
